This notice describes information handled by the GameVending marketing website. It does not cover the separate player lobby, operator portal or location systems.

The contact form collects your name, phone number, reply email or Telegram username, company or location, city and state, area of interest and message. Please do not send passwords, payment information, identification documents or player account details.
How inquiries are used
We use your inquiry to answer your request and help connect you with an authorized distributor. When a referral is needed, relevant inquiry details may be shared with the distributor who can assist you.
Cookies and spam prevention
The form uses an essential, signed security cookie that lasts up to 24 hours. Cookies must be allowed to submit an inquiry. A separate browser-session record remembers your acknowledgment of the age notice.
To limit spam and duplicate submissions, the application stores keyed hashes derived from your browser identifier, network address, reply details and inquiry, along with submission identifiers and timestamps. These hashes are used for matching and rate limits. The contact database does not store your raw network address, reply details or message text.
How long information remains
Attempt records are used for 15 minutes; delivery and duplicate-prevention records are used for up to 24 hours. Expired security records are removed when the next contact submission attempt is processed, so they may remain longer if there are no further attempts.
Inquiries are retained until our team deletes them. They do not expire with the website’s security records. You can request deletion using the contact options below.
Services that help run the site
Hetzner provides server hosting. Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces. These services receive technical request information, such as network address, browser details and request timing. Telegram processes inquiries sent through its service.

We have not added advertising trackers or audience analytics to this marketing site. Provider security, hosting and service records are separate from the contact database.
Your questions and choices
You can ask about information you provided or request access, correction or deletion through our contact form, or by replying to an existing conversation with the team. Include your inquiry reference if available. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information before acting on it.
You can clear the site’s cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking the security cookie prevents contact-form submission. Clearing browser storage may show the age notice again.
