Our Process is very simple. now that you have requested approval from our development team, just sit back and relax while we do the rest for you!!
1:APPROVAL & COMPLIANCE-
please allow approval to take between a minimum, of 1-3 days to about 1-week max. for radius mapping and legal compliance.
(We do believe in first come first serve, although times can vary due to high order volumes in your area.)
2:BUILD, SHIPPING & INSTALL-
once the leasing order has been approved, please be patient as it can take between, a minimum 2 days to about 3 weeks max. to design, build, manufacture, deliver and install products, all depending on order volumes and production rates at each facility.
3:MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
We always deliver and take pride in our products from the design to the installation and maintenance. We offer 24/7 tech support with each software provided.
4:REPORTING, INVOICING & PAYMENT
We offer an easy to use ticket reporting/back office online structure, designed for weekly invoice creation, to bill and pay for the leasing of each of our products.
For live global reporting: an invoice will be sent each week from the holds due on each live report, all parties involved will have a login panel to view and see all reports in real-time.
Ticket reporting is always due on Monday by 5 pm Eastern Time. An invoice will be sent 24hrs-72hrs later and all invoices are due the following day of invoicing date. (to keep software live)
(most all servers and kiosks will have live reporting so no ticket sends are necessary, although some require to print and pic plus upload reporting) click TICKET REPORTING to upload, its is easy!
5: ALLOWING THE OPERATOR TO KEEP THE BIG PROFIT, AND GIVING THEM THE OPTION OF SOFTWARE CHOICE AND COMPLIANCE PER LOCATION! THIS WILL HELP REDUCE BUSINESS OVERHEAD AND ALLOW YOU TO PROFIT FAST!
